They are Amazon orders where he clearly changed item information, order dates and prices. The receipts of the cost of the items he claims needs to be replaced are also clearly forged.
Additionally I checked the cost of cleaning the stains from this company and another local cleaning company and it is about 1/5 of the price. I contacted the actual company and confirmed this. Some of the most obvious signs of the picture manipulation is that he used the logo of a cleaning place which does not exist in the area. I’m in the process of making an appeal where I am picking apart the forged documents. The strange thing is that Airbnb approved these receipts and says that I’m to pay the amount from the forged receipts. He also manipulated the costs to be very high. It looks like he used cut and paste in paint. I would pay for the additional cleaning, however, the host is using clearly manipulated “receipts” as evidence of cost. We had an accident and unfortunately there was some blood stains on the sheet, blanket and a small stain on the mattress. A recent trip has turned into quite the nightmare.
